Helio Oliveira, born in Brazil in 1987, is a distinguished professional with a global perspective and a proven track record in international business and agriculture. Raised on a 30,000-acre family farm in South Dakota, USA, Helio developed a deep understanding of farming operations and the agricultural industry from an early age.
After earning a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics from Northern State University, Helio embarked on a career that has spanned leadership roles across the agricultural equipment and commodities industries. His experience includes managing an independent equipment dealership and serving as General Manager of a $40 million dealership in South Dakota. Additionally, Helio led the international sales division of the world’s largest agricultural equipment dealership, contributing to its global success. Across these roles, he facilitated over nine figures in business transactions worldwide, building a reputation for excellence in navigating diverse markets and fostering strategic partnerships.
Helio also brings expertise in connecting clients with premier equipment solutions, leveraging his extensive network, which includes trusted relationships with European and American equipment providers. Whether sourcing state-of-the-art machinery from Europe or facilitating connections with suppliers in the Americas, Helio delivers tailored solutions for his clients' unique needs.
In the commodities sector, Helio excels at fostering international trade opportunities. While he does not directly supply oil or fertilizers, he works with buyers in the United States seeking oil and with buyers in Brazil seeking fertilizers like urea. His ability to connect suppliers with high-demand markets ensures mutually beneficial partnerships and efficient trade solutions.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Helio was honored with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Certification Award, recognizing his commitment to supporting military and reserve personnel. He also served as a board member of the Great Plains Case IH Dealer Group, representing 20 top-performing dealerships, where he contributed strategic insights to drive success across the group.
